How long will it take to get my order?
We always aim to despatch orders within 3-5 working days as a maximum. Our courier service is a next day delivery so you can expect to receive your order within 4-6 working days. However we take pride in beating these timeframes and usually despatch orders far quicker.
You will receive an e-mail once your item has been despatched from us.

How will my order be delivered?
We use a courier service to deliver all orders on a next day basis. You will receive a tracking number in the e-mail confirming your items have been despatched. Someone will need to be at the delivery address to sign for the package when it arrives.

What do you charge for delivery?
We charge £4.95 plus VAT for all deliveries up to 5kg (approximately up to 25 T Shirts) and £6.95 plus VAT for deliveries between 5kg and 25kg. Delivery is free when you spend £150 or more (not including VAT and delivery).

Do you offer an express delivery service?
We will shortly be offering an express service for a small additional charge. Sign up to our newsletter to receive information about when this is available.

Is there an option to have my package sent by Royal Mail?
Not at the moment. We want you to be confident that when you order with us your items will not get lost and arrive promptly. As such we only currently offer a courier service. If you would like to see Royal Mail 1st Class as a delivery option in the future drop us a line to let us know. We listen to our customers and are always happy to take suggestions on how the service we provide can be improved.

What happens if I am not in and miss the courier?
The delivery driver will leave a calling card if nobody is there to sign for the package. You will need to call the number written on the card within 5 days and arrange a suitable time for delivery. If you do not arrange for delivery within 5 days then your goods will be returned to us and you will be charged to despatch it again.

I didn’t get my order.
If you have not received your order please e-mail us at customercare@meluba.com. Please include your order number, name and contact details so that we can find out where your order is.

Do you ship to Europe and the US?
We do ship to Europe but not to the US. Please note all payments are made in £ Sterling. There is a charge of £10 plus VAT to ship to Europe.
