  • Why should I create an account with meluba?
    Creating an account with meluba is simple. You will be able to save your orders, designs and uploaded images. You can manage your delivery and billing addresses and also receive updates on new products and special offers to save you money on your orders. Go on, make life a little easier for yourself.
  • Can I amend a previous design?
    Once you have logged in you can go to the ‘my account’ section where all of your recent orders are displayed. Clicking the 'view design' link will open a new window showing you finished product. Unfortunately once you have ordered a product you cannot amend it.
  • Where are my uploaded images?
    Log in to your account and your images will be in the product designer ready for you to create your products. You can find them by selecting the 'design – add your logo or image here' tab in the product designer. Go to the 'your image upload folder' in the drop down menu and all of your uploaded files will be there waiting for you.

    We will store your images for 6 months for you. If you don’t use these images within this time we automatically delete them so make sure you come back to visit us regularly.
  • Can I re-order a previous design?

  • How can I change my billing or delivery address?
    Once logged in to your account a dashboard will load showing the addresses currently assigned to your account. Click on the 'Manage Addresses' to edit or add a billing or delivery address.
  • Can I have multiple delivery addresses?
    Not a problem. Log in to your account and go to 'your address book' on the dashboard. There you will be able to add or edit your delivery addresses. Remember however the billing address must be the address associated to your payment card.
  • How do I change my password?
    Once logged in you can select 'change password' under your contact information. Enter your existing password and your new password and click save.
  • I have forgotten my password.
    Select 'my account/login' at the top of the page and then click the 'Forgot Your Password' button. Enter your e-mail address associated to the account and we will e-mail you a new password. You can then log in and change your password in the 'my account' section.
  • How do I view my previous orders?
    Once logged in you can go to the ‘my account’ section and select 'my orders' to view your recent purchases. You can re-order them easily from this page or choose to load your design in to the product designer to amend them before you buy.
  • How do I unsubscribe from the email newsletter?
    We hope you find our newsletters useful - saving money and giving you ideas on how to promote your business or find the perfect gift for someone special. However if you do want to unsubscribe you can do so at the bottom of the newsletter we e-mailed to you or in our account area of the website.
  • How do I delete my account?
    We hate to lose customers and always aim to provide a useful service that you will be delighted with but if for some reason you want to delete your account you can do so by e-mailing us at customercare@meluba.com.
