What methods of payment do you accept?
We can accept MasterCard and Visa Credit Cards, American Express, Maestro and Solo Debit Cards or you can opt to pay using Google Checkout or PayPal.

Is it safe to pay online with meluba?
Yes, we use GeoTrust one of the largest online security services in the world to provide our SSL encryption. We also use SagePay (formerly Protx) to process transactions via their site for added security. MasterCard SecureCode and Visa Verified are used on this site to identify you which reduces the risk of someone fraudulently using your card details.

Do I get a VAT invoice?
After you have checked out you will receive an e-mail providing details of your order. Included in this is a separate VAT calculation. You should print this and keep it for your records.
Alternatively you can log in to your account and go to the 'my orders' section to see all of your previous orders. Click 'view' on the order you would like a copy invoice for.
