How long will it take to get my order?
We always aim to despatch orders within 3-5 working days as a maximum. Our courier service is a next day delivery so you can expect to receive your order within 4-6 working days. However we take pride in beating these timeframes and usually despatch orders far quicker.
You will receive an e-mail once your item has been despatched from us.

Can I get a discount on my order?
Sign-up to our e-mail newsletter to receive special offers and news on new products. Also keep an eye out for offers around the website. You will need to enter a promotional code at the checkout stage to benefit from any offer. If you do not enter this code then unfortunately you will charged the normal price.

How do I enter a promotional code?
When you select 'view cart' your order will appear. Underneath your order details is a field named 'Discount Codes'. Enter your promotional code here and select 'Apply Coupon'. Your basket will then be discounted and you can proceed to enter your payment details.

Can I amend or cancel an order?
If you wish to cancel your order you should e-mail us a soon as possible at customercare@meluba.com. If your order has not yet been printed we may be able to amend or cancel your order however if we have already started to print then we will may not be able to.
