How do you calculate the prices shown?
We have a blank price for each product which does not include print. Each time you add text or designs to a garment we then add a print cost. This additional charge is dependant on the number of sides you want to print on. Both prices are then discounted the more you buy. When you check out we add these prices together with VAT as applicable to get to your final price.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
The more items you purchase the better the price we can offer you. You can see from the product pages and the product designer the discounts available the more you order. If you want to order more than the quantity displayed on the website we advise you to contact us direct, as we can provide bulk order discounts.

Why do the prices not include VAT?
We supply products to businesses and customers outside of the UK, for whom VAT does not apply or can be reclaimed. A VAT charge of 15% will be added when you checkout if applicable.

Do I have to pay VAT?
If you are not VAT registered and are purchasing from the UK (including Isle of Man) then you will have to pay VAT. If you are an organisation based in the UK and are VAT registered then you will pay VAT but may reclaim this in accordance to your internal processes.
If you are purchasing from within the EU but outside of the UK (Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Sweden) and are registered for VAT in your home country you can supply your VAT number at checkout and you will not have to pay VAT.
If you are purchasing from outside of the EU (including Channel Isles) then you will not have to pay VAT on your purchases with meluba.

Why is there a price in Euros?
We supply to countries within the EU so include an indication of what you may pay in Euros to purchase from meluba. This is guide only, what you pay will depend on the exchange rate your card provider applies to your account. All transactions are processed in £ Sterling.
