Do you supply blank garments and gifts?
You can purchase any of our products blank or with a custom print. To purchase blank apparel go through to the product designer as normal and enter your required quantity and size before selecting 'add to basket'. Do not add a design to the product or we will print it.

Is there a minimum order for any product?
Only the business cards and letterhead have a minimum quantity. All of our other products have no minimum order quantity so you are free to order just one of anything.

Are your products ethically made or organically sourced?
We carefully choose manufacturers of garments and accessories who are responsible and adhere to all local working conditions legislation. Further information can be found on each of the manufacturers' websites.
We also offer an eco and ethical range of products that are produced with minimal impact to the environment and create a positive impact on the communities that farm and produce the items. We print all of the products on this website ourselves in the UK to make sure the quality and production environment is carefully controlled.

Where can I find information on sizes?
The product pages show guideline sizes, usually measured to fit by chest size. Information on whether we believe the sizes run small or large are all in the product pages to help you choose. We are working on being able to provide you with further information to make sure you are confident the garment you order will fit.

How do I know what I see on screen is what I am going to get?
Our systems are designed so that what you design will be what is produced. If we spot any minor errors that need correcting we will either contact you or correct them ourselves but you can be assured that what you see on screen is what you will get.
Minor differences in colours may occur depending on the settings of your screen when viewing this website.
