Returns
  • What is your return policy?
    Each product is custom made so we cannot accept returns unless the products are faulty or if they are incorrectly printed. We cannot accept returns for sizes that do not fit you, however if we have sent you the wrong size we will happily re-print it for you.

    You must inform us within 5 days of any faults in order for us to consider a refund or replacement.

    To return an item, e-mail us at customercare@meluba.com to request a returns form. You will need to complete this form and send it to us along with the faulty product by secure mail (Royal Mail Special Delivery). Keep a copy of the receipt for a full refund of the costs. Please note a refund will only be approved if the goods you send back to us are deemed to be faulty or incorrectly supplied.
