Uploading Your Images
  • How do I upload an image?
In the product designer select the 'design - add your logo or image here' and select the 'click here to upload your image' button. A pop up will appear. Select 'browse' to locate your file and select 'open' and then the upload button. Your image will appear on the product and in your image upload folder.

All files you upload and we print on an item will be saved to your image upload folder for your next visit. You will need to log in to see your previously uploaded images.
  • What type of files can I upload?
You can upload .jpegs, .gifs and .png files. If you are creating a file to upload we suggest you save it as a .png enabling transparency. This means there will be no white background to your image.

However, as we cannot print white we use the product colour to show through instead of white so even if there is a white background this will not appear on your product.
  • Where are my uploaded images?
All images you upload and then use on an item that you purchase will be saved to your image upload folder. This can be found by going to the ‘design - add your logo or image here’ tab and looking in the drop down menu.

We keep all of your uploaded images for 6 months. If you do not place an order with that image within 6 months we will automatically delete it from the folder.
  • How long are my images available for?
Your images will be available for 6 months from the date you use it in a purchase. We will automatically delete all files you have not used within 6 months.
  • Can I have an uploaded image on a dark garment?
We do not currently offer this facility as we find that the print is not durable wash after wash on dark garments. We are working on this and will bring it to you when we can be sure it is of the quality you expect.
  • How do I know the files are OK for print?
Our systems are designed to verify that your design is OK for print however if something does slip through, we do check each order before it is produced. If we spot any minor errors that need correcting we will either contact you or correct them ourselves.

You should keep in mind that the colours you see vary from monitor to monitor depending on your settings. All colours are provided as a guide only. The actual colour may vary slightly in reality.
  • Why is there a white background to my logo or image when I upload a digital image?
If you upload a file with a white border that file will appear on your screen with a white border or background. However as we are unable to print white, we let the product colour show through where there is white on the image. On pastel colour garments the colour of the garment will make up the white in your design so please keep this in mind when designing.
